Shipping Delivery

Our products come:



* by courier to your address, throughout Greece (except for the hard-to-reach areas as defined by the courier where you may need to pick up from the nearest office. In any case, we inform you so that you are aware of any specifics before we make the shipment .)


*with a transport company of your choice after contacting us at [email protected] or by calling 2332024972.


The cost of transport is borne by the customer and is for parcels up to 2 kilos a minimum charge of 3.50 euros (and for each kilo above plus 1 euro) plus 2.5 euros for cash on delivery when available (including VAT). In any case that the parcel has large volume then calculate the weight volumetrically (length*width*thickness in centimeters / 5000). If you choose a shipping company, the cost will be determined according to the shipping company's invoice and after contacting us.


It should be noted that for bulky and heavy items it is better to choose transport.


The delivery time is 5 working days for finished products such as decorations, unframed paintings, wreath cases, jewelry boxes, key cases, and photo cases and at least 10 days for frame manufacturing orders.


 On the day the order is completed and we make the shipment, we contact you and give you the tracking number based on which you can follow the progress of your shipment. The courier completes the delivery in one to two days for all mainland Greece and 3 for the islands.


 OFFER: Shipping costs are FREE for orders over 50 euros per product and excluding offers and frame and passepartout manufacturing (applies to orders within Greece).


Guarantee of correct order receipt

We pack our items with packaging materials suitable for paintings and art objects. With the right packaging we offer another asset in safety.


We guarantee that your order will reach you 100% intact. If wear and tear has occurred we replace the worn item at no further charge to you or refund your money.


* You must keep the original packaging to be able to return the product.


In order to have warranty coverage, the following simple steps are required:


1. The package should be opened in front of the courier.


2. In case you see damage, note it on the shipping form that accompanies your package.


3. Keep the package.
